Objectives
Gather together a group of high level experts to exchange opinions and ideas on the status and perspectives of Latin American international relations with the purpose of defining guidelines for the work on the subject.
Generate preeminent thinking on the position of Latin America within the international system, the main opportunities and challenges the world order of the first decade of the 21st century poses to the region, and the status of and trends in intraregional relations.
