Graduate in Political Science, University of Buenos Aires, Argentina. Master candidate in International Relations, Torcuato Di Tella University, Argentina, specializing in Security. In 2006 she studied Specialization in Public Policy Management and Control at the Latin American School of Social Sciences (FLACSO).

Former assistant researcher on the Project “El Congreso en la Lupa 2006” (“A Sharp Eye on Congress, 2006”), a task involving the 2005 monitoring of the commissions on Constitutional Affairs and Impeachment, structured by Poder Ciudadano (NGO). From 2005 to 2008 she worked as consultant on international relations at the Under-Secretariat for Sanitary Relations and Health Research of the National Health Ministry.
